Cuttack, Jan 23: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik Saturday laid foun-dation stone for the Netaji Bus Terminal at Khannagar here on the occasion of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose’s birth anniversary “I greet the people of Cuttack in the New Year.
